Common questions.
For Mambu banks, 4-8 weeks from contract to go-live. For other core systems, 8-12 weeks depending on integration complexity. The timeline assumes your core system is selected and you have a dedicated internal team for configuration and testing.
No. SBT integrates with modern core banking systems — Mambu, Temenos, Thought Machine, FIS Core, and others. You don't have to replace your core system to deploy SBT.
Yes. SBT's deepest integration today is Mambu, but the platform is core-agnostic by design. Integration with other systems is scoped per engagement using proven architecture.
Platform updates, regulatory compliance patches, new payment rail integrations, production support, security patches, and access to the compliance library.
You own it. The Red Hat model: you own the deployed platform, and you subscribe to support, updates, and new capabilities. Banks are not paying per-transaction or per-account fees.
For Mambu banks, integration is done. For other systems, 4-8 weeks assuming standard API availability and your core system vendor's cooperation.
Yes, and that is the recommended approach for existing banks. You bring SBT workflows online one at a time, retire the old system piece by piece, and maintain service continuity throughout.
SBT is infrastructure-agnostic for stablecoins. It supports issuance and custody on any stablecoin infrastructure. Specific stablecoin settlement networks are scoped per engagement.
